Alright! Allow me to explain a little bit about the purpose for my blog. I am a wine fan. I am a wino. I am also just an average guy. I know what I like and what I don’t. I enjoy tasting new wines and learning all about wine, but I am not going to pretend I am an expert. I enjoy wine if it tastes good, even if it is a so called “cheap” wine. I am all about trying new things and I want to share my experiences with everyone. What did I think about a peanut butter and honey sandwich paired with a white zinfandel? I don’t know! I haven’t tried it. . . . yet. From this post forth, I am going to post every single time I have wine and report on what I paired it with and what I thought of it.
